Balance is Unique to You

I had the pleasure of speaking on a virtual panel yesterday put on by the Morrisville Chamber of Commerce as part of their KNOW event series.

One question we were all asked toward the end was to provide a single piece of advice to help the audience find their balance going forward.

In this video, I capture the essence of what I shared, and hope you’ll find it helpful. But before you watch, always remember that balance can be a moving target, and it’s okay if you don’t reach it every time.
