A Discussion On Equity, Talent and Company Culture

I had the pleasure of moderating a panel on equity, talent and company culture at the Raleigh Chamber’s Annual Leadership Conference. It was a much-needed conversation and I appreciated the honesty and openness of the three panelists as they delved into a topic that isn’t easy for many leaders to discuss.
